Our M250 Patented Cutting Tooth is an exclusive "Sneller" design.  The M250 tooth fits directly into a precision machined cavity in the M300 cutter wheel.  A combination of unique design and carbide tip make for FAST....smooth cutting.

The Sneller M300 cutter wheel is not only unique in design, but made tough.

It is made from through heat treated high carbon steel.  The revolutionary design fits the M250 teeth directly into the wheel. NO BOLTS OR WELDING!

The M300 cutter wheel has a precision machined cavity for each M250 tooth. 

The Uniquely designed M250 teeth are then easily changed with a punch and hammer.

Sections of the M300 wheel can be replaced when worn. There are six removable wheel sections in all.  Any section can be replaced when worn.

The M300 Wheel comes apart in two pieces.  This design allows the wheel to be changed by one man in approximately 30 minutes.  No need to take everything apart just to change a wheel.

Average tooth use is one per every three hours of operation.
