The Sneller Stump Mill
is one of the most dependable, well built machines available.
Unmatched reliability, designed tough and maintenance friendly
too. Remote control from the cab lets the operator start,
stop and idle up and down the engine. A fuel pump
that feeds the Sneller Stump Mill can also be turned on and
off in the same manner. Patented triple sealed lower bearing
system increases the cutter wheel bearing life up to 10,000
hours....Belt and gear combination for the drive system
features durability and strength. Air filters change
from outside yet protected inside. Grease fittings in
convenient locations, as well as the oil plug for oil
changing. |
Exclusive cutter wheel design
allows sections of the wheel to be removed and changed when
worn without removing or changing the wheel. There is no
welding! Exclusive teeth fit directly into the wheel and are
easily removed with a punch and hammer. When the wheel does
need replacing it detaches in two parts and replaces in the
same manner.

Stump Mill is simple yet rugged. Power from the engine is
transferred to belts then to the cutting wheel by the way of
heavy-duty gears, rated up to 1000hp. This simplistic design

M300 Cutter Wheel
Highlights, of
the Sneller Stump Mill include: an innovative, patented
M300 Cutting Wheel and M250 Cutting Tooth design.
Sneller’s
patented M300 Cutting Wheel was designed and machined with
pockets in it to accommodate the M250 tooth. This advanced
design installs teeth directly into the wheel eliminating
the need for bolts and welding; Teeth are replaced quickly
and easily with a punch and hammer. The patented M300
Wheel’s two-piece design makes wheel changes fast (under
45 minutes). It also has six replaceable block sections a
unique feature that gives you the ability to replace only
the wear areas of the wheel. |

Mill has its own 170 or 275 horsepower diesel engine. This
eliminates changing the application on your excavator.
170hp or 275hp of pure cutting power is faster and more
efficient for milling any size stump. |

cleaner and pre-cleaner is another advantage Sneller

viewing from the excavator's cab height enables the
operator to locate each stump faster, and have a clear
view of the whole job. The cutting wheel and stump are
both visible to the operator during the cutting process.
